Smoothies are a great go to snack or meal. When I don’t have time to make myself breakfast in the morning I have an arsenal of smoothie recipes that I can choose from. I think I love them so much because they are so versatile and its a great way to sneak extra veggies into the day!
I especially love this one because it has just the right balance of sweetness and the cucumber adds a refreshing element that I love. Packed with nutrients its filling on its own or if you prefer an extra protein boost you can add Greek Yogurt or your favorite protein powder.
